This company is really great on all fronts, excellent communication when setting up an appointment, to texts letting you know when they are nearby/approaching, to convenient pay by phone methods, etc and are always there to be reassuring and answer any questions you may have. In my case we did not need a tow, but just a winching out from a ditch and everything was smooth sailing. I really appreciate the help, and a big thank you to the excellent driver for helping me in such a tight spot. God bless!
Amazing service!! A+++! I was stranded today with the storm as all the roads were flooded and I had to request a tow. I did it through my insurance and they connected me with Texas Heavy Tow!! I’m so happy they did. He was there under an hour and was able to get my car home safely!!! Thank you so much!
