Our tow driver, Aventura, was amazing. She arrived on location on time and handled a very difficult pickup with complete professionalism. The vehicle was parked crooked and required a reverse hookup for the repossession, but she skillfully maneuvered it onto the tow bed with ease she made that car dance. Law enforcement was on standby, and everything ran smoothly thanks to how quick and efficient she was. The entire process was fast, clean, and professional. We will definitely be using your company again, and Aventura is a big reason why. She represents your company exceptionally well and provides outstanding service.
